# Option Settings for Email2CRM

## History/Notes

### Note Setting

When creating a History/Note, Email2CRM will set the category of the note in Rent Manager to this setting.

## Email Settings

### Email Domain Accepted by our Server (Blank Allows everyone)

**Email Domain Security**

This setting controls which email domains can send emails through Aargh Software.

**To restrict access to your company only:** Enter your company's email domain (e.g., if your email is suzy-smith@abcdpm.com, enter: `abcdpm.com`)

**To allow external users:** Leave this field blank to permit emails from any domain. This is useful if you have external contractors, maintenance staff, or inspectors who use personal email addresses (like gmail.com).

**Examples:**

- Open access: Leave blank
- Company-only access: `abcdpm.com`
- Multiple domains: `abcdpm.com, contractorfirm.com`
