There are 3 ways to train Agent Ashley:
- Click the [Add To Learning] button if the email is a great example of a typical response.
- Add short “Prompts” for Ashley to refer to
- Add longer “Policies” that guide Ashley’s drafted replies
You'll also need to Activate Aargh in Rent Manager to get started.
In order to connect Resident Responder to Rent Manager, you’ll need to activate Aargh Software from the Admin panel in Rent Manager.
