Our AI Resident Responder was released last year; it drafts replies to resident emails. And it keeps getting smarter and easier to manage.
Prompts are now Rules. We’ve renamed “prompts” to “rules” because that’s how property managers actually think about resident communication. When you’re setting standards for how emails should be handled, you’re not writing AI prompts. You’re simply stating. The interface now reflects that reality.

Upload your policy documents. You can now upload your policy documents for your office, properties, and jurisdiction directly into the Responder. The AI references these documents when crafting replies, so residents get accurate, policy-compliant answers, not guesswork.
The 3rd way to train your AI Resident Responder is with the emails you write, building a library of communication examples to refer to.
Built for teams. We’ve seen fantastic results with companies that have multiple administrators. Here’s why: the Resident Success Manager trains the AI (setting the rules, uploading the policies) and every admin on the team benefits. Emails going out to residents are consistent, compliant, and grounded in your actual policies. No more worrying about whether a newer team member sent the wrong information.
And of course, our Rent Manager integration means your AI draft emails pull in resident and property account information, so responses are personalized and accurate right out of the box.
2. Email2CRM AutoAdmin: Automatic Service Ticket and History/Note Creation From Incoming Emails
Email2CRM already gives you powerful tools for routing resident emails into Rent Manager. With our existing 2ticket and 2resident email addresses, you forward emails manually and get full control over what goes where. That manual approach is especially valuable when your inbox gets a mix of everything, including spam. You decide what’s worth creating a ticket for, and what deserves a note on a resident’s file.
Now, with AutoAdmin, we’re adding an automated option.
AutoAdmin watches your incoming email and, when it recognizes a resident’s email address in Rent Manager, automatically creates a service ticket or adds a history note to that resident’s record. No forwarding required. No manual entry. Emails that can’t be matched to a known resident? AutoAdmin alerts you so nothing falls through the cracks.
Think of it this way: 2ticket and 2resident give you precision. AutoAdmin gives you coverage. Use them together, or use whichever fits your workflow best.
3. API2EFT: Secure EFT File Generation for Canadian and U.S. Banks
We’ve launched API2EFT, a secure API for generating bank-ready Electronic Funds Transfer files. It supports CPA-005 for Canadian banks and ACH for U.S. banks, making it a true cross-border solution.
Property managers use it for rent collection and owner disbursements, but API2EFT is built for any business that processes batch payments. We’ve written a dedicated post that goes deeper into what it does and who it’s for.
