When creating a History/Note, Email2CRM will set the category of the note in Rent Manager to this setting.

Email Domain Accepted by our Server (Blank Allows everyone) #

Email Domain Security

This setting controls which email domains can send emails through Aargh Software.

To restrict access to your company only: Enter your company’s email domain (e.g., if your email is suzy-smith@abcdpm.com, enter: abcdpm.com)

To allow external users: Leave this field blank to permit emails from any domain. This is useful if you have external contractors, maintenance staff, or inspectors who use personal email addresses (like gmail.com).

Examples:

• Open access: Leave blank
• Company-only access: abcdpm.com
• Multiple domains: abcdpm.com, contractorfirm.com
